本项目主体建筑为五栋集办公、酒店、公寓、商业为一体商业开发用地，外围为市政景观带。政府主导，统一规划，与隔路相望的购物公园相互借势，形成完整的城市商业综合圈，对新城开发建设具有良好的示范意义。设计充分考虑五栋物业的不同属性和城市景观的整体性，以简约、明快、清晰的水平线作为整个步行街的景观机理，再结合不同楼宇的气质属性，通过色彩、材质、标识系统的处理达到景观既整体统一，又个性分明。
