项目坐落在美丽的松山湖畔，是中集智谷产业园区的居住板块。景观以“原香栖谷”作为设计主题，而中央大草坪、景观泳池以及运用主题香花植物的活动空间则是项目的主要设计特征。项目设计风格简洁、时尚、现代，注重人文底蕴和自然的气息，强调自然与现代几何形态结合设计语言与手法，创造多元、人性化的场所，提供满足不同功能需求的景观空间。

The project is located in the beautiful Songshan Lake, a residential sector for Intelligent Valley Industrial Park. The design theme of the landscape is “original fragrant habitual valley”. The central grass-plot, swimming pool and activity space with the theme of flower and plant are the main design characteristics of the project. The project design style is concise, fashionable and modern, which pays great attention to humanistic connotation and natural atmosphere, emphasizing design language and techniques between natural and the formation of modern geometry and creating multivariate and humanized place. It can meet the needs of different functional landscape space.
